Girls trip to Ibiza – your 4 days itineray

In January, my girlfriends and I spontaneously decided to go on a girls trip together to Ibiza for the summer. Getting caught up in the Ibiza party life once in a while, relaxing at a beach club during the day and soaking up as much Ibiza flair as possible. No sooner said than done!

In this article I recommend you great sports that are perfect for a long weekend in Ibiza. An article with beach restaurants and clubs will follow.

THE ARRIVAL – no luck with the flights this year

While my friends had found a cheap flight from Milan Malpensa to Ibiza and booked it immediately, I had no luck. I just didn't expect that there was no direct flight from Berlin. Unfortunately there are no more published by the airlines. At some point the flights didn't get any cheaper and I just booked the connection to Milan the day before and would have flown with my girls from there. Think! My flight was cancelled 45 minutes before departure and luckily I found a 100€ via Dusseldorf to Ibiza the next morning. My friends landed already at 8:30 and I arrived only at 13:00. Let's hope that I still get the 250€ compensation. Otherwise, I am alone with the flight costs already at almost 400€ (!!)

Finally my girls cab picked me up and we cruised to La Paloma Cafe, which so many of you had recommended to me.

  • Small info: La Paloma Cafe and La Paloma Restaurant is one and the same thing

We got a table around 15:00 o'clock. Reservations are worth it here in any case! You sit totally beautiful in the middle of lemon trees and the atmosphere could not be more relaxed. On the menu you can find delicious bowls – falafel, hummus, soba and and -bowl. We ordered a delicious bottle of white wine. Be prepared already for the spanish coziness, because it takes a little longer. We had no stress. Our bowls were all super tasty. The prices are, like everywhere on Ibiza, relatively high. I think it is still within limits at Aiyanna.

We had rented a car and were therefore very flexible in where we stayed. Ibiza is unfortunately super expensive. Since we were always on the road, we picked out a very cheap accommodation. To 5. we booked an apartment at Cana Sofia, which was absolutely sufficient for our needs – pool, parking and supermarket in front of the door. All in all we paid I think 35€/night, which is really great for Ibiza.

For the first evening we had bought concert tickets in advance for the Martin Garrix concert at Ushuaia (the presale is worth buying – we paid 50€ instead of 60€). The early evening we tuned in to the pre-DJs. Little by little the Club Hotel filled up. It was crazy how many people could fit in here.

  • The drink prices are insane: 14€ for a Desperados, 17€ for long drinks. Just for interest we asked how much a table or bottle would cost. For 5 people they wanted 1400€ for a table including the bottle, 500€ for the bottle only alone. Crazy!

Lucky that we can celebrate without alcohol. Punctually at 22:00 o'clock then finally Martin Garrix laid on. The concert was really the hammer! The high entrance fee was well worth it. Our evening ended with a visit to McDonalds at Port d'Eivissa 😉

There are simply unbelievably beautiful beaches on Ibiza. Here everyone gets his money's worth. The east and north are a bit quieter, while in the west people are lying on the beach like anchovies in a can. We did a mix of both. One day we were at the quiet Cala Nova and another day at the lively Cala Conta (Platges de Comte).

Cala Conta (Platges de Comte)

On Saturday we drove to the west coast and spent the whole day at the beautiful Cala Compte. This is how you know Ibiza from the photos – turquoise blue, crystal clear water. The bay is relatively small, so it fills up super fast. If you want to rent sunbeds here, it is advisable to reserve them in advance. The nicer side is the one to the left of the beach restaurant Sunset Ashram. At lunchtime we treated ourselves to a jug of sangria and some delicious patatas bravas. The view from the restaurant is a dream and the atmosphere super relaxed. Next to Sunset Ashram there is also the fish restaurant S'Illa Bosca, which is also supposed to be super.

I found the four days on Ibiza super to get a first insight. It's also best to go out partying on the first day (if you want to), so you can relax the rest of the time. Maybe you will be in the mood to party again and go to another club.

Have a great day!
